I cant see my logon user screen

Well I obviosly dled the wrong driver for my video card, and when i rebooted evereything went fine untill i had to log in, now all i see are lots of bright staticy lines. How do i fix this?

Howdy:

Boot into Safe Mode.. Go to Device Manager and remove your video card..

Reboot and let Windows find it again..
