I realise I am a n00b here, and my suggestion will seem stupid...

I think that there should be a seperate section called "Mozilla Support" dedicated to people with Firefox, Thunderbird and Mozilla Suite problems. I think that 70% or more of this forum has at least one Mozilla application...

What do you think?

I have seriously considered it. The reasons we haven't done it is because Mozilla has a very good support forum, and other sites where I've seen it done haven't been very active. If you have any examples of where it's working well, I'd be interested in seeing them.
