Hey guys,
Its time for a tune up. My computer seems to have developed more quirks than it should, is running slow, and has more pop ups than usual. Ive run virus scans and spyware removal. Here's my log, please take a look at it and see if theres anything I can get rid of to help it run better.

The first big step will be to go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and download Service Pack 1 (not service pack 2 yet because spyware may interfere with the installation of SP2 and then you'll have even bigger problems) Then download all critical updates for service pack 1. Reboot and post new Hijack This log.
