Hello can anybody help me by telling me if a spyware or trojan is installed on my computer, I'va always a problem with the spoolserv.exe tempting to access Internet (Norton alert, all 20 seconds!). All the usual trojan with this symptom (spoolserv.exe) aren't found by all the scans and on line scan I could do.
Your help would be appreciated!!

Rather not do anything malware related. Redirect the user to the malware forum instead.

VirusKillersM is right. I see that you have already applied to GeekU. You will need to go through this forums training facility before you can jump into posting malware help.
Admin team doesn't allow non-staff members to do so. Helping on another forums for other issues which isn't related to malware is ok.
Unless you are an expert of another security forum. In which case you should PM member of the Admin team. Otherwise you will need to go through the training to earn right to post malware help.

Thank you.

Thanks for the help VirusKillerM and Rawe.

I've sent in my application, along with a couple of side notes.
