Ok, try to lower your security settings and firewall settings. Do you use an AntiVirus program?

If so please state which one. What AS program are you using?

I tried lower the security turn off the firewall settings. still the same. I am using norton anti virus program.

open o/e, go to tools, options,security. unclick the box. "do not allow attach'."
