Firewall blocking images

I have the free version of Zone Alarm firewall installed.
For some reason it seems to block images on some sites and stops access to downloading.
Does anybody know how to stop this?

Ive never had any problems with zonealarm like that before, but here is a picture of my Program Control in zonealarm (might help )
