I am having yet another very stupid day. I deleted documents from my c-drive and also from my e-mail, which are important to me....yeah I know!!!!

Even went as far as to remove from recently deleted mail, also emptied recycle bin. I know there is a way to recover these, but I don't know how.

Can anyone help me with this? I use windows xp, pentium 4. Documents were Word. E-mail is aol.
