Please help victim of classload.jar [CLOSED]

AVG identified the Trojan horse virus classload.jar and affiliated files; these were quarantined and deleted. However, AVG also noted that shell32.dll should be changed. So the situation is this:
PC will only boot in safety mode, cannot connect to 'net to directly download and replace shell32.dll.
I'll have to try again tomorrow to attach the hijackthis.log; I've tried to attach it here, but I'm being told that "Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload a file with that extension."

If you still need help, please post back a fresh Hijack This log. Dont attach the file. Copy the contents of the HJT file and then paste them here

If the problem has been resolved, please let us know.
