have problems shutting down.....getting BSODand the following message on screen.....xxxStop0x0000007E(0xC0000005,0xF76DC547,0xF78DAB38,0xF78DA838) STV680sys-AddressF76DC547 base at F76D7000,DateStamp3D071fa5....any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated...thanks

Do u use any USB devices?
If yes, then which version of USB ports(i.e. USB 1.0,USB 1.1 or USB 2.0) are these devices plugged into?
Also do U have Sp1 or Sp2?
