Need help with nail.exe, dtvenum.dll and etc

I need some big help. These days I have been bugged by Nail.exe, I actually looked at the other posts about it, and I did what they said, like using ewido, ad-adware, killbox, nailfix and etc

but still .. when i looked at my registry keys, it shows that my computer is still infected, here is my hijackthis log

I figure files and programs such as msjtom, nail.exe, dtvenum.dll and many others (yeah i know this computer is badly infected) need to be infected, but I just can't get rid of them, can anyone please help?
