I have a Dell Dimension operating XP and connect to Broadband via a BT 105 router. I know the broadband line is working fine as i also connect to my office using a seperate router and pc. Anyway my home pc over the last 2 weeks has taken to automatically terminating the internet connection after a maximum of 5 minutes - usually 2-3 minutes. I have tried using another router and filter and reinstalled the drivers etc all to no avail - concerned this may be a virus - norton antivirus has no warnings though. :ranting:
