When I startup my PC I open a certain amount of windows in a particular order. Why do the icons move to different positions during usage?

:tazz: Please be a little more specific. What do you open while startup? In what order do you open them? What icons and where are they?

I have the applications open in this order:

outlook express 6.0
IE 6.0
MS Excel 2000
IE 6.0

After using MS Excel they will be in this order:

outlook express 6.0
IE 6.0
IE 6.0
MS Excel 2000

The "Group Similar Taskbar buttons" option is on.
To disable is.
Right-click on ur taskbar. Choose properties.
Uncheck the "Group Similar Taskbar buttons" option

Have u installed any 3rd party "Theme Manager" or any "Taskbar Organizer"

No and it doesn't do it everytime, just about 80% of the time.
