any more detail about the board and we can try and look up the settings for flashing the cmos I know i am streaching things but I am out of ideas

the only other thing that looks weird to me is dimm slot 1 ;32mb, double sided SDRAM then dimmslot2 the same

1)maybe a dos boot disk I know that the others are not working but what have we got to loose.

2) what if you disconect the hard drive and put a boot disk in A: drive what happens

i think it might be a pup with 3 legs
i will crack the box and try your last input

I have not helped you yet.
when you open it up get all the info you can off the mother board and the hard drive
