spyblaster error

everytime i try to run my spyblaster an error pops up and it reads.....Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version file"msvbvm60DLL," error 1157.

i tried to re-download it from different web sites but the same error keeps coming up? <_<

Try uninstalling it through add/remove programs in control panel and reinstall it.

hi.

i went to add/remove programs and took it out but the same error came up with every one that i download
