When i go on microsoft word it asks me to input the product key either on my cd case or on my cirtificate of authenticity, but i have lost the cd case and so tried to use the product key on the cirtificate of authenticity....however when i imput it, it tells me i have not entered a valid product key what shall i do.??????

it worked when i first got my computer but i resetted it since due to slow buggy performance.....this was before i learnt the reason for this was spyware and other nasty files, thanx to u guys at geeks to go my computers performance is optimal.......but i still would like u to help me on what i hope is only a minor problem to your genious minds :tazz:
