Hi,

I'm new to this. But I really need some help. One of my clients pc's is acting kinda funny. Just about 2 days ago the Adobe programs has been messing up. You can opened and close .pdf files. The problem is that the computer doesn't recognize those files as .pdf files. Can't email, create, or make a test one PDF file. It just comes up with a files icon of the Windows doesn't recognize it. With a suffix of .pdf. Any help would be great. Never seen before.

check the file association and see if pdf is set to open with adobe acrobat or reader.

or it could be that the program has become corrupt.

also there may be updates available for the software.
