I am getting all sorts of e-mails notifications, come of which are not ever related to my posting. Wondering if my setup details are incorrect. Please advise.

email notifications from here? generally the forum will email you any time there is a new post to any thread you have posted to. you might have something misconfigured in your profile if it is sending you things for posts you haven't ever answered
