This is a odd looking entry in my win.ini.

; for 16-bit app support

[Mail]
MAPI=1
[MCI Extensions.BAK]
wax=MPEGVideo2
wma=MPEGVideo2
wmp=MPEGVideo2

EPS_LPT2:=
EPS_LPT3:=
[KPT WINDOWS 2]
C_VM=1
C_PS=1
C_MM=0
RATS=‹Œˆδ…Α€€ƒ

(NOTE: The last one is the one I mean is strange)

O/S is windows XP-Home with sp1a

I have run ad-aware, spybots, CWSchredder, am ineligible for Ewido, but use Trojan Hunters full version at all times. Use IE6 (sorry), and Spyware Blaster, Windows Washer, and Norton AV, and Norton FW.

Internet seems to hang at times (just stop working). It will work after reboot. maybe just some software conflict, but the win.ini entry does look odd

Anything look amiss?

Thanks in Advance, HandsOff

P.S. - This is the second time I have posted this problem because I cant find the first one. I think I must not have posted it correctly. Please don't flame me for posting twice!
