hello everybody

Can you guys help me with this problem.

I try to install my printer, but it doesn't work. The message show up like this (The Print Spooler is not Running).

can you guys show me how to fix this problem thanks

Open the Task manager and see if the spoolsv.exe is there.

If not open Control panel
Double click on Admistrative tools
Double click on Services

Scroll down the list until you see Print spooler.
Double click on it and choos Automatic for startup type.

restart your computer.
