I don't have much experience with a 1 meg connection and I'm not too sure how fast they are...so if what I say is ridiculous, please ignore :tazz:

Is it only recently that your computer has been running really slow? If so...download HijackThis from http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10379544.html?tag=lst-0-1

If it's always been like this; consider upgrading your speed...
It may not be a problem...you could just have a slow connection...

Have you got any AntiVirus software installed?

OK...I'm not an expert at this kind analyzing logs...so it'd probably be better if you got one of the staff do to it. These are the things that stand out to me though. (I'd wait for some staff to verify that they're bad before you jump into things)

First of all...I see you're running SP1. I'd update to SP2. Better security...

(Some thought of mail thing...though I suspect it's spyware)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WildTangent CDA] RUNDLL32.exe "C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaengine0400.dll",cdaEngineMain
(Looks a bit suspicious. I read up on it and it's some sort of gaming software)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {207AEF46-0596-4966-A7BF-098F247E85BB} - (no file)
(It says no file - therefore remove it.) On second thoughts...wait for staff :tazz:

O2 - BHO: IECatcher Class - {B930BA63-9E5A-11D3-A288-0000E80E2EDE} - C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\AOL\Mass Downloader\MDHELPER.DLL
(Once again...no file - remove)

Otherwise you're good. I think ;)

Thirdly I will wait for staff to see if i can get help on O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {207AEF46-0596-4966-A7BF-098F247E85BB} - (no file)
And last I have removed the last one O2 - BHO: IECatcher Class - {B930BA63-9E5A-11D3-A288-0000E80E2EDE} - C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\AOL\Mass Downloader\MDHELPER.DLL
