Loading Windows 95 by Floppy Disk

Hi,
I have been trying to load 95 with the floppy disk collection.
When I get to inserting Disk 2 a box comes up telling me that " Could not decompress this setup ( .CAB ) file, setup cannot continue.
I've scanned the disk for errors for which none were found.
Any solutions out there would be greatfully appreciated.
