I was planning to buy a DVD Writer.
Two months back, I saw an article that JVC had made Dual-Layer RWs.
Does anyone know; When DVD Writers with Dual-Layer RW support can be expected.

Haven't really checked into it, but I imagine the discs will be outrageously expensive! ;)

Might be worth it to wait a year or two before buying!! :tazz:

SAAB,
The "Sony DRU-700A" as mentioned on ur website.
Supports only Dual-Layer Recordables® not Dual-Layer Rewritables(RW). It supports only single-layer RWs.
Check other websites, for the same model no.
