Hi Problem is when I go to the kids website NOGGIN and click on the video songs I only get the song on Quicktime and media player and not the picture, I've switched between both. I have xp pro, 9g free on 18g hard drive, 256 memory, and 450 processor. I recently installed mozilla firefox and thunderbird, and didn't care for them and removed them. I have ez trust armor protection throught roadrunner. Hope you can help. Don't know if it worked before adding and removing firefox or not, also don't know if it worked before switching to ez trust armor . Thanks Donr53

go to DivX Play and download the DivX Play pack. Then try the video again in Media Player. Hope that helps.

Hi I'm back. no luck yet. media player is version 10. I uninstalled Quicktime and downloaded the latest 6.5.2 . reinstalled mozilla firefox again. shut off all firewall items. Still get just sound and no picture. On the noggin website using quicktime the big Q is on the screen then disappears to the black screen. It seem like something is blocking the video, but not the sound. I've looked at all the setting in media player and quicktime, and as far as I can tell it should work. anything else that i should ckeck. Thank Donr53

went to safe mode with networking, went to noggin website and got video and no sound. no sound would be from being in safe mode. so it must work. Just don't know what setting isn't right in normal mode please help donr53
