Computer wont start up!

When i try to start up my computer it gets to the Windows XP screen were the little bar goes across the screen and then he just re-starts itself on its own! I dont know what the problem is. I cant even start it up in safe mode. PLEASE HELP!

The computer that I am on now works fine. Its my other computer that wont start up. Can you help me or not?

I dont know much about the computer. Its XP...thats all I know about it. I got it from my school.
