Can't get rid my comp of winad.exe. McAfee will not open-shortcut is lost and i havent received the auto-updates in a long time. But it will let me end process in task manager and i dont have any problems. But this problems is out of sight and out of mind b/c it doesnt bother me. But if anyone has any advice on how to rid my comp of this i would appreciate it.

Next problem is mfcqx.exe, this problem is very recent like 2 days. I dont know what its doing or what it does but every minute i get messages from windows saying its a bad image.

Exact msg- mfcqx.exe - Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\\WINNT\addbt.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against you installation diskette.

This problem is very bad and any advice would be much appreciated.

It's telling you the file is defective and needs to be replaced with a valid copy. You can run repair from your installation disk or whatever material they supplied you with, and point to that file. However, be on your guard. It's possible that some virus may have damaged the file.
