This may be hard to understand but i have attatched a picture to help.. Simply put, the files that live on my desktop, the file name below the file icon picture is surrounded by a color that i can change in my Right Click on desktop, properties settings.... The icons on my desktop have a border around the file name and it stands out with backgrounds.. annoying, u will see what i mean with the picture attatched.. I didnt add comp specs because i assume this problem is very easily fixed, and it was not always like this, my icons were once normal... Hope someone knows the cure, thanks!
