I KEEP GETTING THIS pxe-e61:media test failure check cable

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO,MY SERIAL NUMBERS ARE FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF SO I DON'T KNOW IF THATS PART OF THE PROBLEM ALSO...THEY SAY THIS IS VERY POPULAR ON LAPTOPS AS MINE....ANYONE KNOW THE SOLUTION TO THIS PLEASE?

Your machine is trying to boot form the network, follow the instructions below:

In the bios, set the network interface card entry to "ON (PXE off)" and remove the option of PXE boot from the boot sequence. Make sure all IDE devices are set to cable select (hard drives, CDROM, CD-RW etc) and that only those devices you have present are set to AUTO in the bios.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE MY NETWORK INTERFACE IS AT.WHEN I PRESS F10 I DON'T SEE IT......SORRY,IM NOT VERY GOOD WITH COMPUTERS
