hi. my uncle has recently ordered a dell pc with win xp and has asked me to set up a network from that with his current pc which is i think on windows 98. is it as simple as buying an ethernet cable, linking both pcs up and then start networking wizard on the main pc? will it matter that they are not the same OS?

thanks
