cant host on WC3

OK, i use a Windows XP, with Service Pack 2.

I have:

1. turned of my windows firewall
2.Put WC3 in the exceptions list.
3. I dont have a router ( i have a modem for verizon dsl though)


WHAT DO I DO NOW?!?!?!?

k i went to canyouseeme.org

and...i cant figure out what to do.

i tyoped in 6113 (thats my wC3 PORT)

and i said it was timed out.
