Sharing a printer from a different OS

I want to share a printer that's on a Windows NT server. All other computers are Windows XP. Actually, most of them (5) are printing to it fine. When I try to install the printer, it tries to use the driver from the NT. It seems like I could download an xp driver, but it doesn't give me that option.
