I think i need this to remove some programs from my pc.when i try to remove them my pc says an installastion support file could not be installed.Thank you.

i have a few programs i cannot delete on my add/remove programs.is it possible i have removed an installshield?if so can i restore it

Try reinstalling those programs. Then after that, uninstall them.
