Everyt time i run windows, the error message Windows explorer has encountered an error....comes up, then after a couple minutes, my computer freezes. Then, when i turn off the computer manually, the computer will turn on, but the screen says "no video" i tried reinstalling a new hard drive (wanted to upgrade anyways) but everytime i try to install windows, the installation freezes at some point. have no idea what to do, please help!

What type of graphics card do you have?

Do you have the correct drivers?

what is the acutall error message?

everything is default on it, drivers are all installed, i have changed nothing. some part of my machine is malfunctioning, just dont know what part.
