Need Help removing TOPick from registry

Ads keep popping up on my IE browser even when i'm not using the browser. I have run Adaware, Pest Patrol, Spybot Search & Destroy, and xoftspy. They have found TOPicks and deleted it only for it to come back again. I am looking for a way to remove it from the registry and to immunize the registry from being changed by unwanted programs.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

please do not hit scan more then once on the hijackthis program, if u are patient enough it will scan properly and please only paste the log once <_<

in your add/remove programs please uninstall weatherbug and any other toolbar besides google toolbar...then reboot and please post a new log

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Comm] C:\Program Files\Win Comm\WinComm.exe

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\Program Files\Win Comm <- this folder

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log in this same topic, and let us know how your system's working. <_<
