ok well if you couldnt read the title, it does a check disk when i boot. Also, i just went through the malware and they said i was clean...

....explain what you mean by DONE...I took it to a friends house and it ran fine, then he said when i was asleep, it crashed so he had to reboot................My pc doesnt crash that easily so i dont know what in the world he did to make it crash...anyways, he woke me up and showed me it was doind a check disk...he had no idea what it was. He woke me up and was like "ITS A BSOD BSOD BSOD!!!" thats all i know of what happened. for all i know he could be lying and taken apart my computer and dropped my harddrive ^_^

nope sorry. according to my friend, he was just playing some garrys mod and it crashed when he was using noclip...if you have AIM, we can talk on there....its the same name

Let chkdsk finish its scan fully once.
But if the problem still continues and chkdsk keeps scanning on boot everytime then, Open regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager and tell me the value of BootExecute string

Does chkdsk scan all the drives, or only one drive?
Follow these steps:
(Note: I have used a variable x, which is the drive letter(s) for which chkdsk performs scan on boot)

1) Open cmd.
2) Type fsutil dirty query x:. Press Enter
3) If it says "Volume X: is dirty", run a manual chkdsk x: /f scan at that instant.

Reboot after u have followed the above steps for all x:

awsome, i did the fsutil thing after i rebooted and it said not dirty. thanks alot for all your help.
