hey, recently i reformatted and before i reformatted i remembered my system used to download things much faster back then but now it goes very slow. is there a way i can tweak it so i can download faster?

Do you mean to download things with browser - like free programs (example MSN messenger)?
Or what do you mean by downloading?

i have that problem too, mine is msn file transferring and also downloading updates off of websites: ie sigames.com

yea thats wut i mean i used to do up to 200kbps and now i download 70kbps
