Please guys and gals I hope you can help as this is my last resort!

Whenever I try to install any games I get the above message. I did get a virus back in August (troj_startpag.rm) which was quarantined by trend. Is this what is causing the problem? If so how can I make my computer happy again?

Thanks

When you go to install a game, does it do start the installation by itself or do you have to go to the run command and type in "D:/Setup"? If you do the latter, you have your slash the wrong way. It's supposed to read "D:\Setup". Windows is supposed to ignore that typo anyway.
