Outlook 2002 send/receive error 0x8004210B

-I use Gmail and have correctly configured Outlook 2002 to send/receive according to Gmail's instructions.

-After I set up this Outlook 2002 account last night, I was able to complete a send/receive test message.

-But today Outlook can only receive email, and times-out when sending.

I get this error message:

'Sending and receiving reported error 0x8004210B. The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending smtp server. If you continue to recive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider."

Can anyone help?

I'm slow, but figured this out on my own. MS fixed this problem with service packs which I hadn't found.

Works fine now.
