looks like you (should I say we?) did it. Computer run fine. No Rundll message, although Budget surf icon keep pop up. So I followed your instruction, just to tell you I did not see on task manager DHKQUX.exe, MediaAccK.exe, smsc.exe, so I end only rasautou.exe, viewMgr.exe and Ares.exe. Than I delete file rasautou.exe and did not find DHKQUX.exe and Media Access. Thank you very much. Here is new HJT log

I setup network connection to "ask before autodial" and soon after that I received Network connection message "You (or a program) have requested information from miscserver. wooad.wooster.edu. Which connect do you want to use?" At least now I know that it is related to my daughter's college - College of Wooster. So nothing dangerous. And also I figured that I can set network connection in such a way "Do not autodial when I logged on" So in this case this annoying icon of BudgetSurf will not appear. To reduce the potential for spyware infection in the future, I strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster and SpyWareGuard.

To add to the performance of your computer, i suggest a weekly maintenance program. Run this tool. Ccleaner

Lastly a second opinion on the Antivirus that you have chosen. I suggest running these online virus scans periodically, just to make sure that the av is doing a proper job, of keeping you safe :
