hiya ppl

i was wondering if anyone can tell me whats the best anti virus out there at the moment. i have currently been using norton 2005 and i have had numerous problems with it, so i have switched to avast which is good but when i go on chat rooms it freezes the screen page resulting in messages taking ages to come up

You could be having those problems afor any number of reasons !!!

We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
