Computer running slower then before...

My computer has been running slower, for some odd reason. Not sure if i have anything so here is my log:

My oh my that looks so complicated to me.

I like to suggest the simple solutions first.

Have you done disk clean up and disk defragmentation?

Have you ran something like Ad-Aware SP Personal (free download)
to get rid of what I call: little mini virus's and parasites?
I am assuming you have ran Norton Anti Virus or something similar?

And something that has speeded my computer up about 5 times faster,
is an accelerator...I have to pay an extra 4 dollars per
month to my Internet Provider (PeoplePc) but it is worth it for the time saved.
Total is 13.95 per month, unlimited hours......

Oh well, just a few simple suggestions before someone comes
along with complicated directions that my wee mind does not comprehend! :tazz:

Howdy:

If you suspect malware, please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
