Invalid Backweb Application ID 1940576

It took me forever....But I did everything that it said to on the site in a previous email. Not the most computer literate so I appreciate the help! The error message , uhh, "Runner Error" actually, has been coming up for a couple of weeks now and my provider keeps telling me to take my computer to be fixed, and then I found you..yeah! It says, Runner error: Invalid backweb application Id 1940576. I just click ok, then it goes away.... Here is the logfile.
