Everytime I set a particular desktop theme to startup at bootup, the computer changes to the default theme, which is Win Xp. When I set the color scheme to silver, the desktop changes back to blue (default) when it boots up. I then got to open up display properties and go to the theme tab to change back to the theme I had set. It's annoying.

Is there any way to set a desktop theme and color I want so it never changes to another theme or color at bootup?

I need your help. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
