It took me forever....But I did everything that it said to on the site in a previous email. Not the most computer literate so I appreciate the help! The error message , uhh, "Runner Error" actually, has been coming up for a couple of weeks now and my provider keeps telling me to take my computer to be fixed, and then I found you..yeah! It says, Runner error: Invalid backweb application Id 1940576. I just click ok, then it goes away.... Here is the logfile. Thanks, I appreciate you giving up your time for people who are "challenged such as myself!" Michelle

HijackThis is being run from a temporary folder; this means that any backups it creates as a result of fixes made with it will be lost. Please create a new folder for it and place the program into that new folder.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:
