Alright, I had, 31 days ago, downloaded a 30-Day trial of a program called "MIDI-Notation Software". Yesterday my trial ran out. I've tried to re-download it, see if I could cheat the system, but the installer detected that I had previously downloaded the trial.
This leads me to believe that the trial leaves a trace file that the installer scans for when the Install-Wizard starts up. Now, I've looked through my C-Drive's files, and I've found a file called "Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration File", and the file is in .cfg format. What I want to know is if this is the trace file, and if it is, is it safe to delete it, or will it render my computer to be a pile of junk. I don't want to delete any crucial files.
Thanks guys!
