Our Computer information is as follows:
- Compaq Presario
- 512 MB Ram
- 220GHz
- 140 GB Hard Drive
- SBC Yahoo Dial up ISP 56K (DSL is not available)
- Norton Internet Security 2005 with Auto Daily antivirus scan and Auto Updates
- Microsoft AntiSpyware with Daily antivirus scan and Auto Updates
- Spyguard Auto
- Ad Aware **
- SpyBot Search and Destroy **
**Both are (run 2 or three times a week with weekly updates manually)

Below is my Startuplist and
my HJT log - but........
I am having real problems
- Puter is running very slow
- Puter is freezing on shutdown
- MSOffice files are opening very slow and doing quirky things
- Web Pages take forever (like 5 minutes!)
- 2O7.net WAS showing hundreds of cookies when I ran Adaware and Spybot.
However, I am not getting very many more cookies from them, yet coincidentally,
our problems began at just about the same time as when the cookies started to
appear. Could they have left something behind that I can't find?
======================
I just ran Spybot before this post and there were only 3 cookies period. No 207.net
I just downloaded new defs file this am from Adaware and it found only 4 2o7.net cookies
and about 25 other data mining cookies. (this is after running Spybot)

Any assistance you can render would be helpful
I really need a lot of help!
Thank you!
Sharon
