bloodhound virus problem

Hello there I have recently got the Bloodhound.32.ep virus on my computer, I have ran Ad-Aware, Spy Doctor, Spy Sweeper, Norton Antivirus, and AVG to no avail. My display settings are now only showing two options in normal mode (safe mode shows them all but I am unable to change the settings). I am now getting a a white screen that changes to cream and back to white. I was having multiple other issues but I have reslolved those through the above programs. Now my C:\Windows\system32\wininet.dll file is corrupt with this virus. The antivirus programs are able to find it but do nothing about it. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I just want to let whoever is nice enough to help me that I did try and download service pack 1a but it would not as I got an error message indicating that the file wininet.dll was in use by another program and it would not be done.

Recently I have gotten the bloodhound.32.ep virus in my wininet.dll file and I am not able to get rid of it. I have read and followed many of the similar posts online and have not been able to fully get rid of it. All the annoying stuff has stopped; ie: blue screen, not being able to change the background and the such. When I scan the file for a virus it indicates it is still there. I am not able to download any windows service packs or updates I have already tried this. Here is my hijack this log and any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
