I found a temporary solution for this problem. I set up the hotmail account in Outlook Express and it was able to download the emails from the troubled account.

I just kept getting the log in window over and over again. Go to http://help.msn.com/...6;/CREATEOE.HTM and they give you step by step instructions on how to set it up.

I can't log into mmy hotmail account I had that email account for over 15 years; now I can't find it! Since hotmail live took over. I have many messages and contacts in that account, VERY, VERY important. My password is (the same).

What can I do?
