:tazz: I have been trying to help a friend with computer problems. She apparently had some sort of Trojen Horse virus. She got some local "computer expert" to resolve the problem. She said he had to "clean everything" off the system. It appears h reinstalled a newer version of XP on her system. We can not reinstall any old or new software onto the system now. I tryed to install anti virus software on her system. It appeared to install but then just froze in the process. We tried to install a new fax machine but at a point in the installation that ithe computer should have been communicating with the fax machine it just froze. Can you help me?
