ok this has been happening 4 abit now i cant really remeber how long. ever since the start of this year i brought a new computer we installed trend micro pc-cillin as our anti virus and im not sure but ever since i installed this my computer seems to be deterierating. when im on the internet i cant open any hotmail, take40 or alot of other pages, maybe because of javascript problem??!!!??... but the reason is when i go 2 open my windows media player it says an error message of internal application error has occurred.
whats wrong with it like i said when i first got the computer everything was workng but now it seems things are turning for the worst

You may be infected with malware. :tazz:

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
