Windows XP user accounts access

I have installed a few chat programs, including ICQ onto my computer. But for some reason, the guest account cannot run ICQ. It said "please ask administrator to write access. Info Number: 205".

How can I solve this problem? Please help.

If I'm not mistaken, I don't think the Guest account can access programs like Chat, Internet etc. Of course, I might be wrong. :tazz:

I have tried MSN and Yahoo, they both worked on guest account. ICQ is the only one that "doesn't have access".
